This is the first image taken from the Astro La Vista Observatory. It is a composite of 5000 images taken with a Lunt 80 Solar Scope. The images were taken with a DMK 51AU02.AS monochrome camera and stacked in Registrax 6. Then the image was processed in Photoshop.

Altair
This photo of Altair was taken with an 8 inch Newtonian (60 seconds) and a QSI 583wsg camera. It was processed using a Maxim DL Digital Development low pass filter. Altair in the constellation Aquila is part of what is called the summer triangle of stars. The other two stars are Deneb and Vega.
